I completed my undergraduate studies in Astrophysics at Rice University before going on to work as a Data Scientist at Carvana in 2014. In 2017, I moved up to Logan to pursue my PhD in Statistics. I am also currently working on the Data Science R&D team at Maxar. My wife is also at USU working on her PhD in Disabilities Disciplines.
Why I came to USU
I decided to pursue a degree in Statistics to deepen my skills and qualifications in the world of Machine Learning/Data Science.
